I have been converting various Daiwa Big Pit spools for number of friends for a while now. I have done 100's of these conversions now and never had one back. Why pay a huge amount of money for Daiwa QD spools when you can have the original spools converted for a fraction of the price. I am able to convert Tournament TS 5000T, Tournament TS 6000T, Entoh 4500, 5000, 5500, Any of the original S, X or Z Emblems, Any of the Emblem range with the ABS spool, Emcast Advanced, Evo and SS3000.And now SS2600
The Daiwa QD spools will only fit a couple of reels in the whole Daiwa big pit range.Now no matter which Daiwa big pit you own you can have the luxury of QD spools.
The conversions will make your original spools function just like the QD versions.You can go from fully locked up drag to free spool in less than half a turn of the drag knob. These conversions can be carried out on reels that the QD spools wont fit,Now you can have QD spools on the lower end Daiwa spools. No need to use the add on baitrunner caps that are bulky and often heavy.
To carry out the conversions you will need to send the spool and the drag knob.
